Ingredients

For the dough
½ cube Yeast (21 grams or 0.7 ounces)
150 milliliters lukewarm milk
1 pinch sugar
½ tsp salt
300 grams Pastry flour
For the topping
1 kilogram onions
300 grams Ground meat
2 Tomatoes
400 grams acid Whipped cream
3 eggs
½ tsp salt
freshly ground peppers
Fat (for greasing)
1 bunch Wild garlic

Preparation steps

1.

For the dough: Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Combine flour and salt, then knead in yeast mixture to form a smooth dough. Cover and let rest in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

For the toppings: Peel and slice onions.

Cook ground meat in a large pan. Add onions and cook until soft. Stir in sour cream and eggs and season with salt and pepper. 

4.

Rinse and slice tomatoes.

Knead dough on a floured surface and roll out to the size of the greased baking sheet. Place dough on baking sheet. 

5.

Top dough with onion mixture and cover with tomatoes. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 35-40 minutes.

Remove and serve garnished with wild garlic.
