- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- ⅔ cup Whole wheat flour
- 1 cup instant rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup mineral water
- 0.333 cup Hazelnuts
- 0.333 cup almonds
- 1 Apple (peeled, cored and grated)
- 5 Tbsps butter
- Maple syrup (to serve)
Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the eggs, milk, flour, oats, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Stir in the mineral water and leave to steep for around 15 minutes.

Dry roast the nuts, then set aside, leave to cool and chop.

Stir the apple into the batter and heat a little butter in a pan. Add approx. 2 tbsp of batter to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden, the flip and fry the other side. Keep warm in a low oven.
4.
To serve, stack the pancakes, sprinkle with the nuts and drizzle with maple syrup.
