½ cup Pistachio (chopped)
3 Tbsps olive oil
cup vegetable stock
2 unwaxed lemons (zest grated, juiced)
½ cup Crème fraiche
Chervil (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente.
2.
Mix together the garlic and pistachios in hot oil, add the stock and the lemon zest and stir in the crème fraîche.
3.
Simmer for a few minutes and season with lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper. Stir in the drained pasta, arrange on plates and serve garnished with chervil.
