- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsps milk
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps mixed, chopped Fresh herbs
- 8 slices white bread (thinly sliced)
- 12 Basil
- 2 tsps butter
Preparation steps

Beat the eggs with the milk, then mix in the chopped herbs. Toast the white bread.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of butter to a pan. Add 1/4 quarter of the egg mixture and cook a small omelet. Remove from the pan, and add to a slice of toast. Season with salt and pepper, and top with 3-4 leaves of basil. Top with a second piece of toast. Repeat the process 3 more times. Serve fresh, if possible.
