100 grams ham or Salami

Preparation steps

Rinse zucchini, cut off stem and cut into slices. Halve bell pepper, seed and rinse well. Cut salami into strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a pan and sauté bell pepper and zucchini for 4-6 minutes. Add rotini and salami and cook for a few minutes.

Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper and stir in the garlic. Pour the egg mixture over the rotini and the vegetables, cover and cook over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with freshly chopped basil.
