Orange and Avocado Buttermilk

Nutritional values
Avocado gives the drink a creamy texture due to the fat that is abundant in the fruit, but don't worry: this consists mainly of healthy unsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E. The buttermilk scores points with a lot of protein as well as plenty of bone-strengthening calcium.
Instead of buttermilk, you can of course also use other milk or a vegetable milk substitute such as normal cow's milk, sheep's or goat's milk or almond or soya drink. The drink becomes vegan if you either omit the honey completely or replace it with maple syrup or 1-2 dried dates.
