- 2 large Oranges (skin removed and segmented)
- 2 ruby red Grapefruit (skin removed and segmented)
- Limes (juiced from one lime)
- 3 Tbsps dark brown sugar
Preparation steps
1.
Combine the orange and grapefruit segments in a large mixing bowl. Dress with the lime juice, tossing gently to coat evenly.
2.
Arrange half of the fruit in a 30cm x 10cm x 7cm ceramic dish.
3.
Spoon the sugar on top and layer the remaining fruit on top. Chill until ready to serve.
