- 600 grams potatoes
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 garlic clove
- peppers (from the mill)
- 1 rosemary
Preparation steps

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, quarter lengthwise and place in a baking dish. Drip oil and salt onto them. Bake on the middle rack of a preheated oven (fan: 180°C, approximately 350°F) for about 30 minutes. Rotate halfway through.

Meanwhile, rinse and cut the vegetables into bite-size pieces. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices.

Add everything to the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Lay the rosemary on top and cook for 20-25 more minutes. Serve with a baguette, as desired.
