Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse, peel, and coarsely chop the vegetables. Melt the butter and mix with the olive oil pour over the vegetables and mix well. Season with caraway seeds, salt, and pepper. Add the garlic cloves. Place the vegetables on a baking sheet and bake for 50 minutes.

Heat the oil for deep-frying. Fry the basil leave in portions and drain on absorbent paper. Toss with the vegetables before serving.

Cut fresh red peppers in half and remove the seeds. Toss with the vegetables for a fruity taste.
