- 700 grams Pumpkin (such as Muscat, Hokkaido)
- For the marinade
- 5 Tbsps Ketchup
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 6 Tbsps Vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsps Orange juice
- 1 tsp sweet ground paprika
- ½ tsp crushed fennel seeds
Preparation steps

Rinse and halve the pumpkin. Remove the seeds and stringy fibers, then thinly slice.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Combine thoroughly. Place the sliced pumpkin on a baking sheet and brush with the marinade. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, flip the slices and brush with the remaining marinade. Remove from the oven and serve on plates.
