- 1.333 cups fresh Oyster mushrooms (cleaned)
- vegetable oil (or non-stick cooking spray)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and finely chopped)
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme (washed; dried and finely chopped)
- 2 ½ cups Raclette Cheese (thinly sliced)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the cleaned mushrooms into thick slices. Place the mushrooms in lightly oiled raclette pans. Sprinkle with chopped garlic, chopped thyme and top with sliced cheese. Place the pans under the raclette grill and cook until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Season with freshly ground pepper; to taste. Serve.
