3 Tbsps olive oil
½ organic lemon (juiced and zested)
1 tsp dried thyme

Preparation steps

Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix the paprika with the oil, lemon juice, lemon zest and thyme. Add the meat and toss to coat. Cover and chill for least 2 hours. Skewer the meat and grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Serve sprinkled with salt.
