1 pc Parmesan
1 Lime
2 Tbsps sunflower oil
2 Tbsps Cultured butter
Sea salt
Chili powder

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the corn in boiling salted water with the salt and the sugar for 15 minutes.

2.

Grate the parmesan. Rinse the lime in hot water, and cut into quarters.

3.

Remove the corn from the boiling water, and drain. Brush lightly with oil and cook on a hot grill for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

4.

Coat the corn with the butter, and season with the sea salt and chili powder. Sprinkle with the parmesan and serve with the lime wedges.
