- 2 Passion fruit (deseeded)
- 3 Tbsps runny honey
- Organic lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Mix the mango and passion fruit together. Mix together the honey, a pinch of lemon zest and the lemon juice and drizzle over the fruit. Serve in four glasses with a scoop of sorbet if desired.
