- 350 grams macaroni
- 500 grams Beans
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 400 grams Ground meat
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 350 milliliters milk
- 50 grams grated Cheese (such as Gruyere or Gouda)
Preparation steps
1.
Cook macaroni in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse in cold water and drain again.

Rinse and clean beans, cook for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and rinse in cold water, drain again.

Peel and chop onions and garlic. Heat oil. Saute ground beef for a few minutes, add onions and garlic and saute briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse and slice tomatoes.
4.
Layer prepared ingredients, alternating, in a greased baking dish. Whisk eggs with milk, season with salt and pepper and pour over gratin, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
