- 400 grams Conchiglie

- 250 grams green Peas (frozen)
- 1 ½ Red Bell pepper
- 200 grams Corn (canned)
- butter (for the pan)
- 200 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 100 grams freshly grated Cheese (such as Emmentaler)
Preparation steps
Cut sausage into thin slices. Rinse and dry tomatoes, quarter and remove seeds, dice. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse in cold water and drain again. Blanch peas in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes, drain, rinse in cold water and drain again. Rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs, dice. Drain corn through a sieve. Combine pasta with vegetables and sausage, season with salt and pepper and arrange in a buttered baking dish. Add broth, sprinkle with cheese and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 25 minutes or until golden.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
