400 grams crushed Tomatoes (canned)

400 grams Broccoli
200 grams cream cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and slice shallot. Peel and finely chop garlic. In a pan, sauté shallot and garlic. Add tomatoes and simmer 5-10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.

Preheat oven to 200 C (approximately 400°F). Coat four serving ramekins (or one large casserole dish) with butter. Cook penne in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse. Rinse broccoli and blanch in salted boiling water until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain well.

3.

Mix the pasta with the tomato sauce and divide among ramekins. Top each portion with broccoli and cottage cheese. Season lightly with salt and freshly ground pepper and bake 5-10 minutes.
