250 grams macaroni

Preparation steps

The oven au 200 ° C preheat.

Cook macaroni in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Blanch tomatoes in hot water, rinse in cold water and peel, dice finely. Heat butter in a pan and saute garlic and onion until soft. Add tomatoes and saute for 3 minutes. Add herbs adn season with salt and pepper. Add pasta.

Butter baking dish (or 4 serving ramekins) and arrange pasta mixture into it. Sprinkle with grated goat cheese. Slice goat cheese and arrange on top. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
