3 Tbsps Caper
4 eggs
125 milliliters Whipped cream
2 tsps herbes de Provence
freshly ground peppers
125 grams Mozzarella

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350ºF).

Cook the pasta until al dente in salted water. Drain, rinse under cold water, drain again and place in a bowl.

Rinse and trim the bell peppers and chop them small. Rinse the tomatoes and dice.

Mix the peppers, tomatoes and capers with the spaghetti.

Mix the eggs with the cream and the herbs and season well with salt and pepper. Drain the mozzarella and dice.

Place paper cupcake liners in the wells of a muffin plate and spoon the pasta mixture into them. Baste with the egg-cream and shower with mozzarella.

Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.

Serve hot.
