400 grams large Pasta (such as crescents or shells)
grated Parmesan (as desired)

Preparation steps

Rinse zucchinis, cut lengthwise into slices and cut into bite-size strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet, sauté zucchini and garlic for 2-3 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Set some basil leaves aside for garnish. Cut remaining basil into strips.

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente and drain. Mix pasta, zucchini mixture and basil strips and stir in remaining olive oil. Garnish pasta and zucchini with basil leaves, sprinkle to taste with Parmesan and serve immediately.
