- 400 grams Lasagne noodle
- 4 slices thinly sliced Prosciutto
- 600 grams green Asparagus tip
- ¼ lemon
- 1 tsp butter
- 300 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 200 grams Italian Heavy cream (panna da cucina)
- 30 grams Parmesan
- Sea salt

Preparation steps

Cook the Lasagnette noodles according to package directions until al dente. Cook the asparagus tips in salted water with lemon and butter cook until al dente, about 6 minutes. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain again. Rinse the tomatoes, pat dry, sprinkle with salt and bake in a preheated 200°C oven for about 5 minutes.

Heat the cream, garlic and Parmesan in a saucepan, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Add the asparagus.

Toss the pasta with asparagus and tomatoes and transfer to serving plates. Drizzle with the remaining sauce and serve sprinkled with salt and pepper.
