200 milliliters Basil pesto (from a jar)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-sized cubes. Cook potatoes in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 20-25 minutes.

In a second pot, cook the pasta until al dente, 10-15 minutes.

3.

Rinse the beans, trim, cut into 5 cm (approximately 2-inch) long pieces and blanch for 3-4 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain well.

4.

Combine cooked potatoes with beans and pasta. Mix well and fold in the pesto. Garnish to taste with Parmesan, if desired.
