1 garlic clove
1 red onion
1 Tbsp olive oil
200 grams small Broccoli
200 grams small Cauliflower
200 milliliters instant vegetable stock
freshly ground peppers
200 grams Orecchiette pasta
salt
30 grams Parmesan

Preparation steps

Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into strips and finely chop the garlic. Sweat the onion and garlic in hot oil until translucent. Add the broccoli and cauliflower florets. Saute briefly. Pour in the broth and simmer for 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salt water until al dente. Drain the pasta and mix with the vegetables. Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
