1 garlic clove
parsley
1 pc Parmesan (1 oz)
2 Tbsps olive oil
4 Tbsps breadcrumbs (1.5 oz)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse cauliflower, trim and blanch for about 10 minutes in a pot of boiling salted water.

In another large pot, bring salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook until al dente.

Remove garlic and finely chop.

Heat butter in a pan with oil and saute garlic until translucent. Drain cauliflower, add to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle cauliflower with breadcrumbs, fry until golden brown and season with salt and pepper. Drain pasta. Add pasta and herbs to the pan, stir and season to taste. Serve in warmed plates and garnish with freshly grated Parmesan.
