4 Tomatoes
1 garlic clove
3 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps parsley (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook tagliatelle until al dente according to package directions.

2.

Brush chanterelles thoroughly and, depending on the size, leave whole or cut in half.

3.

Rinse tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove seeds and dice.

4.

Peel garlic and chop finely.

5.

Melt butter in a saucepan and saute chanterelles and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and drained pasta with a little pasta water to the saucepan and stir. Garnish with parsley and season with salt and black pepper.
