Preparation steps

1.

Cook both pastas according to package directions in plenty of boiling salted water. Meanwhile, trim, rinse and finely dice the zucchini. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Cut the sausage into thin slices.

2.

Heat the olive oil and the butter in a large, non-stick pan. Cook sausage slices, onions and garlic while stirring for about 3 minutes. Add the zucchini and cook all together for about 5 more minutes while seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and mix with the pan contents.
