1 Tbsp butter
500 milliliters Vegetable broth
100 milliliters low fat milk
1 Tbsp Pastry flour
60 grams diced Bacon

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the peas and cut the pods into thin strips. Peel and chip the garlic. Saute the garlic in hot butter. Add the peas and broth. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Fry the bacon until crispy.

Remove about 2 tablespoons of peas from the soup and set them aside for the garnish. Puree the remaining soup. Stir in the milk and flour. Stir until smooth. Bring to a boil and season with salt and pepper. If the soup is too thick, add a little broth.

3.

Serve the soup garnished with the remaining peas and the diced bacon.
