1 onion
1 tsp Canola oil
500 grams Peas (frozen)
800 milliliters Vegetable broth
salt
peppers
½ bunch mint
100 grams Sour cream

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and dice potato. Peel onion and chop finely.

2.

Heat oil in a pot. Add onion and potato and sauté over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add peas and broth, season with salt and pepper, cover and cook for about 15 minutes over low heat.

Meanwhile, rinse mint, shake dry and finely chop leaves.

4.

Puree the soup. Season with salt, 3 tablespoons sour cream and mint.

5.

Divide soup into 4 bowls, garnish with remaining sour cream and season with pepper.
