- 8 scoops Organic vanilla ice cream (finished product)
- 300 grams fresh Raspberries
- 50 grams powdered sugar
- 4 ripe Peaches
- Ice cream cone
- 4 Tbsps chopped Pistachio
- Ice cream cone (finished product)
Preparation steps
1.
Blanch peaches in boiling hot water, remove, peel, halve and remove the pits.

Rinse raspberries and mash with powdered sugar, then pass through a sieve. Place two scoops of vanilla ice cream with peach halves in glass bowls and drizzle with some raspberry sauce. Sprinkle with pistachios and serve immediately. At choice, serve with rich ice cream cones.
