- 300 grams ripe Peaches
- 2 rosemary
- ½ Orange (juice)
- 2 Tbsps powdered sugar
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 150 grams Cream quark (40% fat)
Preparation steps

Rinse peaches, pit and coarsely chop. Rinse the rosemary and put with the peaches in a pot. Pour in the orange juice and let simmer for about 5 minutes until soft. Then let cool completely, remove rosemary, puree the peaches and pass through a fine sieve. Stir in the powdered sugar and set about 8 tablespoons aside. Mix the rest with the yogurt and cream quark. Spread the mixture in popsicle molds, leaving some space to fill with the set aside peach puree. Insert wooden sticks and let freeze at least 4 hours in the freezer.
