- ⅔ cup crunchy Peanut butter
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 7 Tbsps clear honey
- 2 ½ Tbsps sunflower oil
- ½ cup chopped, ready-to-eat Dried apricot
- 0.333 cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup raisins
- 1 ¾ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease and line a shallow 20 cm|8" square tin with non-stick baking paper.

Put the peanut butter, sugar, honey and oil into a pan and heat gently until melted.

Stir in the remaining ingredients. Turn into the tin, level and press the mixture evenly and firmly with the back of a spoon. Bake for 25 minutes, until lightly golden around the edges.
4.
Cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then cut into pieces while still warm. Cool completely in the tin.
