1 Pot, 1 Skillet, 1 Bowl, 2 Small bowls, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Mandoline, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Salad spinner, 1 Fine grater

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease and line a shallow 20 cm|8" square tin with non-stick baking paper.

Put the peanut butter, sugar, honey and oil into a pan and heat gently until melted.
3.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Turn into the tin, level and press the mixture evenly and firmly with the back of a spoon. Bake for 25 minutes, until lightly golden around the edges.
4.
Cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then cut into pieces while still warm. Cool completely in the tin.
