1 small pomegranate
cup Yogurt
¼ cup Pear juice
sugar (to taste)
Lemon balm (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Squeeze the pomegranate, put into a blender with the pear juice and yogurt and blend thoroughly. Then push through a sieve if you wish. Sweeten to taste with sugar. Pour into two glasses and serve garnished with lemon balm leaves.
