- 1 pomegranate
- 4 ozs Cranberry
- 5 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)
- liquid Sweetener (to taste)
- 1 cup
- In addition: Ice cubes

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Measuring cups, 1 deep bowl, 1 thin Rubber gloves (or disposable gloves)
Preparation steps
1.
To remove pomegranate seeds, cut a wedge out of the stem end. Then squeeze and break the pomegranate over a bowl until seeds fall out. Rubber gloves are recommended, as juice will stain.

Set aside 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds. Put remaining seeds in a tall vessel with cranberries and yogurt. Puree with an immersion blender.
3.
Season to taste with sweetener. Add milk and ice cubes and blend again. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with the remaining pomegranate seeds.
