100 grams Walnut
1 bunch Celery
100 grams Mayonnaise
200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 pinch sugar
4 Pear
some lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce, trim, spin dry and tear into small pieces. Coarsely chop walnuts. Rinse celery, trim and finely chop.

2.

Mix mayonnaise in a bowl with yogurt and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Rinse pears, cut into quarters, remove seeds and cut into thin slices. Drizzle pears with lemon juice.

3.

Arrange lettuce, celery and walnuts in bowls, cover with pear slices, drizzle with yogurt mixture and serve.
