280 grams green Beans

400 grams Penne
2 garlic cloves
200 grams Bacon (sliced)
2 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

1.

Thoroughly wipe the chanterelles. Rinse and trim the beans. Blanch for 6-8 minutes in boiling salted water. Remove from the water and rinse in cold water, then drain thoroughly. Rinse and dry the thyme, then remove the leaves.

Cook the penne in boiling salted water until al dente, then remove and drain well.

Finely dice the bacon. Heat 1 teaspoon of butter in a pan, and sauté the bacon. Remove the bacon, add the mushrooms to the pan, and sauté the mushrooms for 3-4 minutes stirring constantly. Add the thyme, and the remaining butter. Add the beans, bacon, and pasta and toss until combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper, transfer to plates, and serve.
