1 ½ green Bell pepper
4 dried Tomatoes (in oil)
1 can Corn
400 grams Penne
salt
2 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps small Caper
freshly ground peppers
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
2 tsps honey
60 grams Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse bell peppers, trim, remove seeds and remove the inner ribs. Then cut into strips. Drain the tomatoes and chop. Cook the penne in plenty of salted water until al dente.

Heat oil in a pot. Add bell peppers and tomatoes and sauté for about 8 minutes. Add corn and capers. Heat through and season with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegars and honey. Drain the penne and mix with the vegetables. Shave the parmesan over the pasta and serve immediately.
