- thyme
- 400 milliliters milk
- freshly ground pepper
- lemon juice
- 2 sprigs thyme (to sprinkle)
Preparation steps

Cut the peppers into quarters. Rinse and dice finely. Pluck the thyme from the stems and cut into strips.

Add the milk, peppers, and thyme in a blender and puree. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with a sprig of thyme.
