- 1 Persimmon (peeled and cut into pieces)
- sugar (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps Apple juice
- 3 Grapefruit (to garnish)

1 Small pot, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Mini food processor, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Aluminum foil
Preparation steps

Put the persimmon into a blender with a little sugar, lemon juice and apple juice and puree finely. Push through a sieve and check to see if it is sweet enough. Add more sugar if necessary. Pour into a glass and serve garnished with grapefruit segments.
