1 ripe Pineapple
6 stalks mint
500 milliliters Buttermilk (cold)
2 Tbsps Agave syrup (30 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel pineapple, cut off leaves and remove bottom rind. Cut pineapple into quarters, cut out core and cut flesh into small pieces.

2.

Rinse mint and shake dry. Pluck leaves from 2 stalks and puree finely with pineapple, buttermilk and agave syrup in a blender.

3.

Pour smoothies into 6 glasses, garnish with remaining mint and serve immediately.
