- 1 ½ cups sugar
- ⅛ cup unsalted butter
- ¾ cup Evaporated milk
- ¾ cup dried Cranberry
- 2 tsps chopped candied orange
- 1 cup chopped Pistachio
- 11 ozs good quality white chocolate (chopped)
Preparation steps
1.
Line a 25 x 20cm|10" x 8" baking tin with non-stick baking paper.

Put the sugar, butter and evaporated milk into a large heavy-based pan. Heat gently, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved completely.
3.
Bring to a boil, stirring continuously, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
4.
Remove from the heat and add the cranberries, candied peel, pistachios and chocolate. Allow the chocolate to melt, then quickly stir the mixture and pour into the tin.
5.
Spread into the tin and chill for about 1 hour until firm. Cut into squares.
