- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup Peanut butter
- 14 ozs canned sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup chopped, roasted Peanuts
Preparation steps
1.
Butter a shallow baking tray or square tin.
2.
Put all the ingredients except the peanuts into a pan and whisk over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
3.
Increase the heat and bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce the heat to medium and cook steadily, stirring gently, for 8 minutes.
4.
Remove from the heat and stir in the peanuts. Pour into the tin and leave to set. Cut into small pieces and place in paper sweet cases.
