- 200 grams Shredded coconut
- 100 grams chopped Pistachio
- 50 grams Pastry flour
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 4 egg whites
Preparation steps

Mix the coconut, pistachios, flour, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Add the egg and mix in.

Place dollops of the mixture on a lined baking tray. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) (gas mark 2-3 / convection: 160°C (approximately 320°F)) for 25-30 minutes. Turn off the oven, but do not remove the macaroons; let them cool in the oven. The macaroons will remain a little sticky.
