Preparation steps

1.

Thaw the pizza dough according to instructions.

2.

Mix the tomato paste with 2 tablespoons olive oil and pizza seasoning, and season with a pinch of salt and cayenne pepper.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices. Rinse the fish fillets, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the shrimps and pat dry. Cut the mozzarella into slices.

3.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured work surface as per the size of baking sheet. Place the pizza base on a greased baking sheet (or lined with parchment paper) and make small edges on the pizza base. Spread the tomato paste over the pizza base.

Distribute the tomatoes, fish and shrimps over the pizza and cover with mozzarella slices. Top with olives and drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan: 180°C, gas mark 3) (approximately 400°F) for 25-30 minutes.
