- 3 Plum
- 100 grams Strawberries
- 1 small Banana
- 50 milliliters Port wine
- 2 Tbsps Crushed ice
- 100 milliliters Orange juice
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, halve and pit the prunes. Rinse and trim the strawberries. Peel the banana and chop.
2.
Arrange the fruit on a plate and freeze for about 30 minutes in the freezer.
3.
Mix the frozen fruit with the port wine, ice cream and orange juice.
4.
Place in a blender and blend for about 2 minutes.
