2 onions
2 Tbsps butter
500 milliliters Vegetable broth (instant)
200 milliliters dry white wine

Preparation steps

1.

Clean mushrooms carefully with a paper towel, cut into slices. Peel onions and chop finely. Heat butter in a saucepan and saute onions until translucent.

Add porcini mushrooms and saute together briefly, deglaze pan with wine. Add vegetable broth and simmer, covered, on low heat for about 10 minutes. Season with pepper and salt. Pour soup into bowls and serve sprinkled with chopped chives.
