1 lemon (juiced)
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps olive oil
20 grams butter
50 milliliters dry white wine
4 scallions
salt

Preparation steps

Wipe the porcini mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the butter and oil in a large pan. Sauté the mushrooms and garlic, then add the lemon juice and wine. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for an additional 4 minutes on low heat.

Remove the mushrooms and arrange on a plate. Reduce the cooking liquid and season to taste. Rinse and trim the scallions, then thinly slice. Cook for 1 minute in the cooking liquid, pour over the mushrooms, and serve.
