3.333 cups pork fillets (diced)
2 onions (thinly sliced)
2 Tbsps Nut oil
3 Tbsps soy sauce
2 Tbsps sesame oil
1 Leek (julienned)
2 carrots (julienned)
1 lemon (juiced)
5 cups Bean sprout
9 ozs Chinese Noodles

Preparation steps

1.
Marinate the pork and onions in the groundnut oil and soy sauce for 15 minutes.

In a wok, heat a little sesame oil and fry the onions until crisp then drain on kitchen towel
3.
Pour two tablespoons of the marinade into the wok and heat until spitting, then cook the vegetables by stir frying them for a few minutes.

Add the marinated meat and stir fry for a further 5 minutes. Add the lemon juice to the wok.
5.
Add some pepper then add the bean sprouts. Cook for 5 minutes stirring regularly.
6.
Cook the noodles as per the packet instructions, then drain them and place them onto a serving dish.
7.
Top with the cooked pork and vegetables and drizzle the toasted sesame oil over the dish, garnish with the crispy onions and serve.
