Preparation steps

1.

Place the cutlets between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and with a meat mallet or the bottom of a pan, pound the cutlets to 1/4-inch thickness. Top with 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese and roll up, secure with toothpicks. Peel onion, chop finely, rinse chives and thinly slice. Heat 2 tablespoons of clarified butter in a skillet and saute the pork rolls until brown all over. Pour 1/2 cup water into the pan, cover and cook 25 minutes. Transfer to a baking dish.

2.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 390°F). Heat the remaining butter in a skillet, add the onion and saute briefly. Pour in the milk, add the cream cheese and chives and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the pork. Rinse the cherry tomatoes, scatter over the pork, sprinkle with cheese and bake until the pork is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly, about 15 minutes.
