Ingredients

- 400 grams Pork loin (ready to cook)
- 200 grams Smoked bacon
- 200 grams Sausage
- 3 Zucchini
- 3 Red Bell pepper
- 2 Red onions
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (Thyme and rosemary)
- salt
- fresh ground peppers
Preparation steps
Rinse the meat, pat dry and chop into bite-sized cubes. Slice the bacon and the sausage in bite-sized pieces or slices. Rinse one zucchini. Cut in half lengthwise and then into slices. Rinse a bell pepper, cut in half, clean out the seeds and cut into pieces. Alternately thread the vegetables and the meat onto 8 wooden skewers.
Rinse and peel the remaining zucchini and peppers. Cut the zucchini diagonally into slices and the peppers into wide strips. Peel the onions and cut into wedges.
Peel the garlic and press into a small bowl. Stir in the lemon juice, the oil and the thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Brush the skewers and vegetables with the oil. Grill for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Turn regularly and brush with the oil in between.
Remove the skewers from the grill and serve with the vegetables.
