- 8 small Pork saddle steaks (each about 60 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 250 grams button Mushroom
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 125 milliliters clear Broth (Instant)
- cornstarch
- 4 Tbsps white wine
- 30 grams chopped Pistachio
Preparation steps

Rub the pork steaks with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large, nonstick skillet. Cook the pork loin steaks on all sides for about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan and keep warm.

Clean and finely chop the mushrooms. Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onions into thin strips. Add the butter to the frying juices. Sauté the mushrooms and onion for 5 minutes. Press in the garlic. Pour in the broth and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Mix the cornstarch with the white wine. Stir into the sauce and bring to a boil while stirring. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Mix in the pistachios. Put the pork steaks in the sauce and let marinate for a few minutes. Arrange everything together and serve.
